Adolescent Symptom Inventory- 4 (ASI-4)

The third in this series of DSM-IV-based symptom checklists, the ASI-4 can be
used to
evaluate 12- through 18-year-olds. It consists of two checklists--one completed by the
teacher and one completed by the parent or anyone familiar
with the teenager's behavioral
and emotional functioning.
The ASI screens for symptoms of the most common adolescent disorders and problem areas
specified in the Individuals with Disabilities Education
Act (IDEA):
